Bookings are made to availability of sessions online. At the door bookings are not available.

Please do not arrive without a booked session.
A refund will be given when a session is cancelled at least 24h prior the booked session time.

To reschedule your session at any time before or during the 24h cancellation period, please use the contact form.
If motion sickness occurs within the introduction to VR, the session can be terminated if desired and a refund given. This is a seated simulation, please also read the H&S section.
